Mr Mallett shared the happy news of his engagement with Amelia last month as he published a series of pictures of himself and Princess Diana's niece after having popped the question. A few days later, Lady Amelia appears to still be over the moon over her future wedding.
Taking to her private Instagram account, the 28-year-old wrote, as reported by Hello! magazine: "I can't wait to marry you."
This romantic caption accompanied a picture of the couple sharing a kiss under the sun.
Mr Mallett proposed at the Clouds Wine & Guest Estate in Stellenbosch, South Africa, on July 22.
He announced the happy news a few days later, writing on his Instagram profile: "So this was the best day of my life.
"22nd of July 2020, I asked the love of my life to spend the rest of her life with me and she said YES.
"Couldn’t be happier and I love you with all my heart".

Members of the Spencer family took to social media to publicly congratulate with the happy couple.
Amelia's elder sister Kitty commented on Mr Mallett's post saying: "BROTHER-TO-BE!!!! Happiest times ahead!!!!"
Princess Diana's brother Charles Spencer shared his happiness for his daughter on Twitter, where he also revealed a key detail of Mr Mallett's proposal to Amelia.
The Earl wrote on Twitter: "So happy for my daughter, Amelia, engaged to her boyfriend of 11 years, Greg - it's wonderful to hear them both so excited about their future.
"Sending them both love, and every good wish for their life together.
"I love that Greg asked my blessing before proposing. Very sweet."
Mr Mallett and Amelia met at the University of Cape Town where they both studied.
Amelia, one of the Earl Spencer's seven children, moved to Cape Town with her parents and siblings in 1995.
Lady Amelia has a twin sister, Lady Eliza, and a younger brother, Louis Spencer.
They are all first cousins of Prince William and Prince Harry.
As several members of the Spencer family attended the nuptials of Kate and William and Meghan and Harry, it is highly likely both the Cambridges and the Sussexes will be invited to the next royal wedding.
Princess Diana's sisters Lady Jane Fellowes and Lady Sarah McCorquodale were also among the handful of guests invited to the christening of Archie Harrison in July 2019.
