Meghan Markle Africa tour: How Meghan will relax after first tour with Baby Archie
MEGHAN MARKLE has shone on her first royal tour since becoming a mother. The Duchess of Sussex has conducted royal engagements with charm and apparent ease. Here’s how the new mum will wind down following her first official trip abroad with baby Archie Harrison.

Meghan Markle, 38, and baby Archie Harrison will be reunited with Prince Harry in Johannesburg tomorrow for the final day of their 10-day Africa tour. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have had packed solo schedules after parting ways last Wednesday. As well as being on baby watch, mum Meghan has carried out a string of royal engagements in the past week and will no doubt enjoy a well-deserved rest once she’s finally back in the UK.
Prince Harry said goodbye to Archie and Meghan last Wednesday as he jetted of on visits to Botswana, Angola and Malawi.
Juggling a four-month-old baby with royal duties is no easy feat but Meghan has pulled it off.
The Duchess has wowed in gorgeous outfits and been greeted with enthusiasm wherever she has gone.

She has brought her warmth to all engagements and raised awareness around key issues in South Africa including gender-based violence and access to education.
Tomorrow Meghan and Harry will meet with young inspirational young South Africans in Johannesburg communities.
They will then meet with Graca Machel, widow of the former president, Nelson Mandela.
To wrap up the tour, the Duke and Duchess will meet with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa and his wife, Dr Tshepo Motsepe.
The Sussex clan head back to London tomorrow evening.
When Meghan finally lands back in Britain the fitness the health-conscious Duchess will want to unwind.
While Meghan is said to keep a 4.30am wake-up routine, she also has other ways to relax.
Meghan is a huge yoga fan, no doubt a passion passed on from her yoga instructor mum Doria Ragland.
She will most likely take time to practice yoga at home and relax following her busy time abroad.
Before Meghan married Prince Harry the former actress ran her own lifestyle blog, The Tig and enjoyed sharing life style tips.
In a 2015 interview, Meghan revealed her favourite way to spend a relaxing day.
Meghan’s favourite ways to relax these included taking a yoga class, taking her dogs for a walk, cooking for friends and eating pasta.
We can only imagine she will be enjoying all of these once home again.
Meghan and Harry are also reported to enjoy massages and pedicures and sometimes have trained therapists visit them at Frogmore Cottage.
