Meghan Markle hugs children on royal tour of South Africa
Meghan Markle is carrying out her second engagement of the day, focused on gender-based violence. The smiling Duchess of Sussex was welcomed with warmth by children at Action Aid South Africa.
Among them, Luyanda, eight, hugged Meghan upon her arrival after giving her a bouquet of flowers and several of her drawings to look at.
Luyanda explained the Duchess she drew her pictures of "love", representing hearts, clouds and a cross.
Meghan, a self-confessed feminist, has dedicated most part of her tour to better understanding the issues faced by women in South Africa, including gender-based violence and discrimination.
Today, she is to hear about the nature of violence against women and girls in the country - and the work various NGOs are doing to tackle this situation.
On Thurday, the Duchess had breakfast with several female politicians, activists and leaders to get to know the gender divide in the country.
Later in the day, Meghan met the grieving mother of Uyinene Mrwetyana, a 19-year-old student raped and murdered in late August.

The Duchess also privately visited a memorial to Uyinene, and later released a picture where she can be seen tying a yellow ribbon on a fence close to where the vile murder took place.
The Duchess of Sussex changed into a green shirt dress with sleeves after having donned an entirely different outfit this morning.
Meghan's new outfit consists in a simple dark green shirt dress presenting a matching belt and white buttons.
This is not the first time Meghan is seen wearing a shirt dress during this tour, as eagled-eye royal fans have spotted the Duchess not only donning more than one dress presenting this shape, but also recycling them from other outings.
Fashion expert Rochelle White explained why Meghan may have chosen to take with her so many shirt dresses during this 10-day tour.
She told the MailOnline's FEMAIL: "The best thing about these shirt dresses is that they are very flattering to many people's figures.
"They have a good fit and with Meghan she is making smart choices on the tailoring and fit of each of her dresses."
Earlier this morning, the Duchess of Sussex visited the the University of Johannesburg as patron of the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU).
For that engagement, Meghan wore a short and sleeveless £95 Banana Republic trench dress.
While Meghan is at Action Aid, Prince Harry is set to leave Malawi, after an almost week-long stay in Central Africa to retrace his mother's steps in Angola, visit Botswana's natural reserve and learning more about one of Malawi's most advanced health centre.
The Duke of Sussex will join once again his wife and son Archie tonight, and prepare for their last day of engagements in Johannesburg tomorrow before leaving the continent and end their tour.
Among the several royal duties scheduled for tomorrow, Meghan and Harry will meet Mrs Graça Machel, widow of the late former President Mandela, and attend an audience with President Cyril Ramaphosa and his wife Dr Tshepo Motsepe.
