Brexit begins in ONE MONTH – Theresa May to trigger Article 50 at EU summit
THERESA MAY is expected to start the formal process for Britain’s exit from the beleaguered European Union (EU) by triggering Article 50 one month from today.

The Prime Minister will reportedly begin Brexit on March 9, ensuring the UK will be free of Brussels control by April 2019.
The Government is already well ahead of its March 7 deadline to push its European Union Notification of Withdrawal Bill through Parliament, after a successful vote last night.
It now needs to go through the House of Lords, paving the way for Mrs May to trigger Article 50 at the EU summit, which will take place between March 9 and 10.

MPs last night gave Theresa May the all-clear to take Britain out of the crumbling bloc.
The decisive 372-vote margin of victory was seen as a warning to peers not to thwart the will of the people by trying to block the measure in the House of Lords.
On a historic night in Westminster, the Government’s EU Bill passed its last Commons hurdle by 494 votes to 122.
The Budget falls on March 8, the day before Mrs May flies to Brussels to meet European leaders before Brexit.

However there are concerns Mrs May could clash with her European counterparts if she rocks the boat on the 60th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome - a development which laid the foundations for the fundamentals of the EU.
Meddling diplomats have issued the warning not to start Brexit on what would be a symbolic day.

An Italian government source previously said that the idea the UK government would use the date to mandate its exit was a “hostile act”.
