PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium May 2026 games line-up in full
The next batch of PS Plus Extra and Premium games will be available to download and play from May 19.

In one of the biggest surprises of the year so far, the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium line-up wasn't leaked ahead of the official reveal by Sony. Instead, fans were forced to wait until the announcement on the afternoon of May 13, when Sony revealed which PS5 games will be joining the PS Plus Extra Games Catalog and the Premium Classics range on May 19.
Most fans were convinced that Star Wars Outlaws would join the line-up, alongside other picks like Hades, Atomic Heart and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. The headline prediction turned out to be true, with Star Wars Outlaws confirmed for a March 19 launch.

In addition to Star Wars Outlaws, Sony announced plans to bring Red Dead Redemption 2 back to the service in May.
My personal pick of the month, however, is iconic point and click adventure game Broken Sword Shadows of the Templars Reforged. The game features enhanced visuals and modern quality of life features, making it the definitive version of the classic adventure.
Other games joining PS Plus Extra in May include The Thaumaturge, Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn and Enotria: The Last Song Standard Edition.
That's on top of atmospheric hidden gem Bramble: The Mountain King, which is a really engaging adventure game that won't take long to complete.
As for PS Plus Premium, fans will be able to download and play Time Crisis from May 19.
As a reminder, the next batch of PlayStation Plus games will be available to download and install from the morning of May 19.
Unfortunately, however, it's the same date that multiple titles will be removed from the PS Plus Catalog.
Indeed, consider this a warning to check out the likes of Control Ultimate Edition and Sand Land before they are removed.
Other games leaving on May 19 include Mortal Shell, MotoGP 25 Soul Hackers 2, The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope and Man of Medan.
