David Walliams and ex-wife Lara Stone settle divorce battle as they split £19m fortune
DAVID WALLIAMS and his ex-wife Lara Stone have settled a High Court fight over money, after they ended their five-year marriage in a family court more than a year ago.
David Walliams and Lara Stone have split their £19m fortune, it has been reported
Family Division judge Mr. Justice Macdonald said that he was "extremely pleased" that David and Lara had reached a compromise, with him explaining that in these "difficult and emotional circumstances" it was better for them to figure things out than for him to impose an order on them.
According to the Daily Mail, both David - who was seen earlier in the day arriving at the Royal Courts of Justice in London - and his model ex sat just yards apart and left without comment.
The judge is said to have made a reporting restrictions order barring any report of the details of the settlement being published.

David finalised his divorce from Dutch star Lara on September 10 last year after citing "unreasonable behaviour" on her behalf for their split.
The former spouses share a three-year-old son, Alfred and married in a lavish wedding in 2010.
A source previously told the Daily Mirror that Lara had no intention of returning to their marital home after the break-up.
