Chloe Madeley confirms James Haskell is moving out

Chloe Madeley has opened up on co-parenting with her ex James Haskell 10 months after they announced they had split up. The couple, who were married for five years, broke up in September 2023 but confirmed the sad news via their respective social media pages the following month.

Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk Chloe, 37, who is the daughter of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, admitted that she is somewhat "cursed" when it comes to looking after her daughter Bodhi, who will turn two on August 10. Discussing how the former couple juggle childcare she said: "I've got a bit of a curse with this because I'm self-employed. I work from home.

"So when it comes to that, whereas James is a travelling DJ and motivational speaker. He's all over the place," she acknowledged.

"I can't remember the last time he was in London for a full seven days and seven nights of the week. I don't think it happened in at least, bare minimum, two to three years. So, you know, he's all over the place.

"Unfortunately, my curse is that I'm the one who's, you know, at home with Bodhi. But there is a really brilliant thing about how James and I co-parent," she admitted.

"Credit where credit is due - let's say he's been in Ibiza for two nights, every time he's back, and I've been with Bodhi for two, three nights, he's like, 'You know what? I'll take her, you sleep.'

"And that has been a huge kind of silver lining, in a weird way, of our kind of parenting relationship since we separated, is that he really wants to step up to the plate and help me out and also spend some time with his daughter. Whereas when we were married, and I know it sounds strange, but you're in a family unit, it's all a lot more murky.

"And actually, with some structure, it gets a lot easier. So yeah, it's, I think the one silver lining of co-parenting is it forces structure, and when you have that structure, you kind of get a little bit of your old life back," she reflected.

Part of Chloe's current workload includes being an ambassador for Symprove, a water-based probiotic, which she takes daily. While it is easy to be sceptical when well-known faces claim they use products, Chloe insists she has thoroughly tested this to ensure it works.

"The supplement industry is kind of a bit of a cowboy industry, if I'm honest with you, especially when it comes to gut health supplements, there's a lot of pills on the market that don't even get down to the lower intestine, which is where they need to get to to really have an effect on your gut microbiome," she explains.

"I'm a really big believer in trying a product, seeing if any symptoms improve, taking it for a prolonged period of time...and then coming away from it for a few months and seeing what happens then. I've been taking Symprove on and off for about maybe six or seven years now - it's been a really long time."

Explaining the fact that Symprove is water soluble which means it can get to where it needs to she added: "I do notice a huge difference when I stop taking it in my digestion, in my immune function.

"So for me, it's always been one of those supplements that I'm like, 'I've tried it. I have my own anecdotal evidence.' It really agrees with me and I really see huge improvements when I take it."

Chloe is working with Symprove which is a water-based probiotic that contains four unique strains of live and
active bacteria. Symprove is backed by GPs and health experts and boasts a 5* TrustPilot score with 9 out of 10 customers saying they would recommend it.
