BBC Radio 2 host Vernon Kay made the shocking admission as he opened up on parenting with his long-term wife Tess Daly.

Vernon Kay made quite the revelation on his BBC Radio 2 show this morning while on the topic of breast milk. Kicking things off on Thursday, the 50-year-old began by telling listeners that he had overslept by an hour, but had somehow managed to make it into the studio on time.
Following this, the presenter encouraged listeners to send in their last minute scenarios that had worked out better than expected. In response, one listener who recently gave birth, told the host that despite spilling all of her expressed milk while in a hurry to a fitness class, she still managed to sort her baby out and get to her class on time.
Praising the new mum for her efforts, Vernon said: "Well done you, that is top winning! Because, it's not easy being a parent, especially when you've got to express before you do everything."
Remembering a certain scenario, he went on tell fans that his wife Tess Daly's breast milk was once enjoyed by their friend Brian Dowling. He confessed: "I remember when Tess used to express before Strictly Come Dancing and then Brian Dowling arrived - a dear friend of ours, a beautiful friend, he's a beautiful human being Brian Dowling - and he was thirsty and he drank some inadvertently, he put it in his tea."
Big Brother star Brian, who co-presented SMTV Live with Tess, has previously admitted to wanting the TV presenter to be his surrogate.
Speaking in 2012, he reportedly told New Magazine: "I think everyone wants that dream of a family so that is something I am interested in.
"If I was going to go down that road, I would do it through surrogacy because I think it would be amazing to have your own kid. I might call up Tess Daly."
Just over a decade later, Brian's sister Aoife stepped in to carry his and husband Arthur's daughters; Blake, who is one, and Blu, who was born last month.

Announcing the news of his latest arrival on social media, he wrote: "Please be upstanding for the arrival of our BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER, Blu Amar Rose Dowling Gourounlian."
"@effidy_dowling_, you are a SUPERSTAR & we are, as always, FOREVER GRATEFUL.
"You stayed so calm, considering it wasn’t exactly the birth plan we had initially hoped for. Baby Blu was adamant to arrive on Sunday, the 23rd of June & nothing or no one was going to stop her. Big Sister Blake, you have been activated."
Meanwhile, Vernon and Tess, who married in 2003, are also parents to two daughters; Phoebe, 19, and Amber, 14.
During Vernon and Phoebe's first interview together last month, the couple's eldest said she is keen to work in the entertaiment industry like her parents, but more so behind the camera.
"I like the production and editing side,” she told The Sun's Fabulous Magazine. "I'd love to act but I'll leave presenting to my mum and dad.
"I'm just trying to understand what I want to do."
In the same chat, she revealed that she doesn't ever tell anybody who her parents are.
