Strictly Come Dancing star Graziano di Prima , 33, and his wife Giada, who is also a dancer, expressed their opinions on the "curse" that has led to many splits and cheating scandals since the BBC competition series began.

In an interview with OK! magazine, Giada stated, "The 'curse' is present in every job. It could happen in an office or a bar. I believe the most important thing is trusting your partner."

Graziano added, "We both have the same profession; we are professional dancers. We respect each other, have principles, and strive to share everything we go through in the season.

Giada is my best friend; she knows everything. When you don’t want to do things incorrectly, you never think about it."

The couple also discussed the possibility of starting a family. Graziano, who has appeared in the show for four series, mentioned, "We are both dancers, and I always say to my wife, when she feels ready, I am always here to support her.

"We need to find the perfect moment. Undoubtedly, we envision starting a family in the future."

Throughout its 19-year history, Strictly Come Dancing has sparked speculation about potential romantic connections between celebrity participants and professional dancers, often referred to as the 'Strictly curse'.

Some of these speculations have proven true, with numerous couples forming and enduring beyond the show. Notably, Bake Off champion John Whaite openly admitted to developing feelings for his dance partner Johannes Radebe during their time on the show.

Tyler West, a prominent figure on Strictly, has described the so-called "curse" as a "blessing" after meeting his partner Molly Rainford while competing.

Claudia Winkleman, co-presenter of Strictly Come Dancing, shared her perspective on the “curse” associated with the show.

She expressed that while she doesn’t believe in the curse, the intense experience of being on the show can lead to romantic entanglements for some contestants.

Claudia shared: "I understand, it’s very intense. I don’t believe in the curse, but I think many people have come in single and might have met somebody or had a little romance.

"It’s intoxicating, Strictly, because you’re all part of this extraordinary juggernaut. So I don’t think people fall in love with others; they might love the experience," she told Daily Mail.
