Our Yorkshire Farm star Amanda Owen has seen a big boost to her company's assets - and still has a fabulous seven figure net worth.

She is the famous Yorkshire Shepherdess whose family became famous overnight on Channel 5’s Our Yorkshire Farm.

And Amanda Owen, mum of nine, has spun a lucrative career out of her time on the hit farming reality show filmed in the Yorkshire Dales.

Although the programme, first aired in 2018, may have come to an end following Amanda Owen’s very public split from now-ex husband Clive Owen, it has been a springboard for Amanda’s career as well as seeing her children like Reuben Owen get their own TV treatment.

Amanda Owen has become a celebrity in her own right, having published five books and toured the UK with live talks.

Amanda Owen’s net worth

Amanda Owen’s net worth is reported to be a staggering £1,000,000 according to Entertainment Daily.

According to TG Time, Amanda makes £250,000 a year from magazine deals, her five best selling books on farming and life in Ravenseat, and of course, the 10 years she’s been on TV, mostly on Channel 5.

Amanda Owen’s own company, Yorkshire Shepherdess Ltd, continues to go from strength to strength.

In 2019 it was shown on Companies House that the firm had cash and assets worth £74,000, but the latest available accounts show current assets worth £422,833, with £351,713 in capital and reserves, up from £74,411 in assets in 2019’s accounts.

Amanda first appeared on TV in 2011 with husband Clive Owen and their children, including Reuben Owen, now 20, Raven Owen, now 24, and others including Miles Owen, Sydney Owen, Clemmy Owen and the rest of the nine-strong brood.

The family first featured on an ITV documentary series called The Dales, then Ben Fogle visited them for a show called New Lives In The Wild.

Bosses then offered them their own reality TV show which was picked up by Channel 5 and first went out in 2018.

It was reported that Amanda and Clive earned £250,000 a year from the show when it was on.

Since the programme was axed, Amanda Owen has gone on to present her own show for Channel 4 sister channel More 4, called Real Farming Lives.

Meanwhile ex Clive Owen has starred in Beyond The Yorkshire Farm: Reuben and Clive, which has since given way to Reuben’s own show, Reuben Owen: Life In The Dales, although neither mum Amanda nor dad Clive have shown up in it yet.
