It was revealed earlier this week that Ryan Thomas and Adam Thomas will be coming together to host a brand new ITV game show called 99 To Beat. In their first presenting role together, Adam, 35, and Ryan, 40, will guide the 100 contestants through the experience as they go head to head in a series of games.

During a conversation with Express.co.uk, Adam exclusively revealed that the show is a "dream come true" for the brothers and is looking forward to getting started. The Waterloo Road actor divulged: "I'm so excited, I cannot wait to get started, it's gonna be our first role together as presenters. I always said I'd work with Ryan, I just never thought it would be presenting with each other and have our own game show on ITV.

"Honestly, it's a dream come true and I'm so excited to get started now. It's not long off, we're gonna start shooting at the end of July. I can't wait for you guys to see it, it's gonna be an absolute ball. We're a little bit nervous about doing it, we've never really done a show like this before, it's going to be a fun one for sure."

Both Adam and Ryan have been in the scripted world, thanks to his roles on Emmerdale and Waterloo Road and Ryan being on Coronation Street, and so this time they get to be themselves.

The dad-of-two continued: "Me and Ryan have all our lives been actors and sticking to a script throughout, so going off course and to be ourselves, it's gonna be really fun.

"We've done our fair share of game shows ourselves and reality programmes, so to be doing a job like this, it's unmatched and I'm very lucky."

Adam has teamed up with coffee brand Emmi Caffe Latte to celebrate Brits during their morning marathon after it was revealed a third of people achieve 13 daily tasks before 9am.

He took to the streets of London on Wednesday (June 20) as 'Head Daymaker' to reward Londoners as they survived the commute and headed to work.

The Strictly Come Dancing star appeared at Bank station and turned commuter's frowns upside down, after research revealed 26% of Brits struggle to crack a smile in the morning.

Adam surprised lucky members of the public with a finish line, confetti cannons, medals, flowers, free iced coffee, a busker and a crowd of supporters.

Speaking about which tasks he gets done before 9am, Adam told Express.co.uk ahead of his morning in London: "I feel like I'm quite an active guy in the morning, first thing's first, I need a coffee in the morning, especially an Emmi Caffe Latte, that's my go to coffee in the morning.

"Everything is plain sailing once I've had my coffee, making the bed, getting the kids ready for school, having breakfast, going for a walk, going to the gym. It's quite full on, I do quite a lot before 9am so I'm quite active."

Adam has been named as Head Daymaker for Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE to encourage people to celebrate their daily little wins. The activity is part of Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE’s summer of rewards which will see a series of serotonin-boosting stunts take place on a nationwide tour.
