Madonna proved she's still got it at 65 with a stunning make-up-free snap.

On Wednesday evening, the pop icon took to her Instagram Story to showcase her natural beauty to her 19.8 million followers.

In a close-up shot, Madonna pouted for the camera showing off her natural - but flawless - skin texture, as she ditched all makeup and filters for a completely natural pic.

She had her eyebrows neatly styled, creating a snatched look, as well as a soft pink colour on her lips. The Vogue chart-topper had her iconic blonde tresses styled in a beach wave look adding to the effortless-looking glam vibe.

Madonna kept it pretty simple with her choice of outfit for the selfie too.

She opted for a black ribbed jumper with the words: "Can we still fall in love this summer?" embroidered on the front of it in white writing.

The jumper could be a nod to Madonna's newly found single status.

Last month it was reported the megastar reportedly separated from her toyboy Josh Popper, 30, after a year together.

Madonna was first acquainted with the athlete when he began giving boxing lessons to her son David Banda, 18.

The pair, who recently went public with their relationship, are believed to have gone their separate ways because of the strains Madonna's Celebration World Tour put on their relationship.

The singer has spent the past seven months travelling the world with her family, doing rehearsals, and performing for her devoted fans.

A source told The US Sun: “Madonna has barely seen Josh for months because her schedule was so hectic. Things just fizzled out.”

However, they insisted: “There is genuinely no bad blood — they’re still fond of each other."
