After announcing her separation from husband Eamonn Holmes, Ruth Langsford has been supported by pal and Loose Women co-star Coleen Nolan after a follower commented on one of her posts. Ruth, 64, took to her Instagram on Friday to share a short clip of an AD partnership with Tesco as she captioned it: "You all know I love cooking, but sometimes it's nice to treat myself to something easy to prepare that I know will be absolutely delicious.
"So I've partnered with @tescofood to show you their fantastic Finest Dine In Summer menu for two. You can choose a main, side, dessert, and drink for two people at a brilliant Clubcard price (£12!).
"There are lots of mouthwatering options to choose from... I picked the wild-caught Beer Battered Cod Fillets and Chunky Chips, followed by the irresistible Salted Caramel Profiteroles and served with a lovely chilled Tesco Finest Cinsault Rose."

One Instagram user commented: "I really hate these so-called celebrities selling their souls on these promotions!" Somebody responded: "Well unfollow all of them then. Simple," alongside a rolling eyes emoji.

Coleen jumped in to defend her pal as she replied to the fan who told the person to unfollow them as she wrote: "Great answer," with a red love heart.
This comes after Ruth and Eamonn, 64, announced their separation via a representative on Saturday 25 May.
The statement read: "Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have confirmed their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing."
The much-loved duo have been married for 14 years after getting married in 2010 and spending 13 years together.

They are parents to their 22-year-old son Jack while Eamonn is also dad to sons Declan and Niall, and daughter Rebecca from his previous marriage.
The pair initially met in 1995 while Eamonn was the face of GMTV and a mutual friend introduced the pair to one another.
The two went on to become hosts on This Morning in 2006 before leaving the show for good in 2021.
Ruth continued to be an anchor on Loose Women while Eamonn took up hosting on GB News in 2021.
