MAROUANE FELLAINI was thrilled with his opening goal as Manchester United beat Middlesbrough but could not shed any light on the tunnel bust-up after the game.

Fellaini headed Manchester United in front on the half-hour mark before Jesse Lingard fired in a second for the visitors with a powerful drive after 62 minutes.
Substitute Rudy Gestede pulled one back 13 minutes from time to spark a tense finish, but Antonio Valencia capitalised on Victor Valdes' injury-time slip to make it 3-1.

Midfielder Fellaini was delighted to get on the scoresheet and credited wing-back Ashley Young for his cross front the left flank.
The Belgian said after the game: “It is always a pleasure to score. It was a great cross in from Ash. It was a good goal.
"The game was tough. They pushed and played long balls and are physical. We did it. We did well.”

But when asked about the tunnel bust-up, Fellaini added: "I didn’t see. I don’t know, I was in the dressing room."
