Conte has enjoyed a fine first season in the Premier League since succeeding Jose Mourinho as permanent Chelsea boss in the summer.
The Blues have won 16 of their last 18 Premier League games to move nine points clear of Tottenham at the top of the table.
His obvious enthusiasm for the job has made him an instant hero among the Chelsea supporters.

The former Juventus manager was seen wildly celebrating their 3-1 win over Arsenal on Saturday.
And Gallas has praised Conte for his touchline antics - admitting he was shocked by the Italian’s eagerness to win.
"I was just behind him [at Stamford Bridge] and for 90 minutes the manager was talking to his players - I was shocked," he told talkSPORT.

"Some managers stand up to give some information to their players and go back to their bench. But all the time he stands up!
"After the game I had the opportunity to speak to Antonio Conte and I asked if the manager was always like this and he said 'Yes!'"
