Arsenal scout Portuguese ace during league game: £34.5m release clause good value
ARSENAL had scouts at Porto’s clash with Rio Ave yesterday keeping tabs on midfielder Danilo.

That is according to Portuguese newspaper A Bola, who claim Arsenal are keen on the Portugal international.
Danilo, 25, is a mainstay in the Porto midfield and has scored in two of his last three outings.
He needed in the 4-2 result over Rio Ave yesterday that moved second-place Porto to within a point of Primera Liga leaders Benfica.
A Bola report that Arsenal scouts have been collecting information on 25-year-old Danilo, who joined Porto from Maritimo in July 2015.
The Portuguese star has a contract until 2020 and Porto are not interested in selling him.
But Arsenal are said to view Danilo’s ££34.5million (€40m) release clause as good value.
It was claimed last year that Porto snubbed a move by the Gunners - but that has not dampened Arsenal's interest.

Arsenal are unlikely to move for Danilo in this month’s transfer window as manager Arsene Wenger attempts to keep his squad as stable as possible.
The main priority for Wenger is to secure the long-term futures of Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez, who are both out of contract in the summer of 2018.
