Manchester United's first-choice keeper David De Gea has been linked with Real Madrid ever since his failed move to the Bernabeu back in 2015.
While the Spaniard's back-up shot-stopper Sergio Romero has this week attracted interest from Boca Juniors in his native Argentina.

But Mourinho, who has played Romero in cup matches this season, insists the two goalkeepers will remain at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils manager said: "What I can say is that I expect both to stay, because I think both are equally important.
"I cannot have a better goalkeeper than David, I cannot have a better replacement than Sergio. I cannot have a better professional than Sergio.

"I want them both to stay. So, if there is something true in relation to Boca, I will try to stop it because I want Sergio to stay."
Mourinho recently brought Joel Pereira back from his loan spell at Portuguese side Belenenses as his third-choice keeper before sending Sam Johnstone to Aston Villa for the rest of the season.
