And Italian paper Tuttosport claim the striker is also keen on a move to the Premier League.
According to the report, Belotti is aware of interest from England, with Everton supposedly scouting out the frontman during his recent performances for club and country.
Torino are realistic about their chances of retaining Belotti for the long term but hope he will sign a new contract that will ensure he is sold for a handsome price in the future.
The report claims the release clause could reach as high as £60m (€70m) and that negotiations are underway.
Belotti is set to start for Torino at Crotone on Saturday as the club continue their push for an unlikely European place this season.
