Leeds United plot fresh move for striker as emergency loan window opens
LEEDS UNITED will reportedly rekindle their efforts to sign Norwich striker Kyle Lafferty now that the emergency loan window has opened.
Kyle Lafferty could be heading to Elland Road on loan
Leeds were linked with Lafferty for much of the January transfer window.
The player even had to refute claims he was at Elland Road to watch a game ahead of a switch.
Leeds boss Steve Evans ultimately appeared to give up on the striker.
But The Yorkshire Post claim United could be set to make another offer.
Football League clubs can sign players on loan during this window, which closes on 24 March.
Norwich bought Everton attacking midfielder Steven Naismith late in their winter transfer window, which is understood to have pushed Lafferty even further down the Canaries pecking order.
