Mauricio Pochettino: I want to build a dynasty of young talent at Tottenham
MAURICIO POCHETTINO has insisted he wants to build a dynasty at Tottenham of top-quality good young players who will be around long after he has left the club.

The Argentinian will once again throw some of those youngsters into the fray tonight when his side go to Leicester in their FA Cup third-round replay.
And with clubs like Manchester United, where Louis van Gaal's future is uncertain, eyeing the 43-year-old Spurs manager as a possible successor, Pochettino was quick to underline the Spurs project he remains committed to.
Pochettino had seven English-born players in his squad for last Saturday's 1-1 win over Sunderland, and the emergence of home-grown youngsters like Harry Kane and Josh Onomah, and the manager's willingness to play them, has excited fans.
He has some track record, having played his part in the development of a strong academy at his previous club, Southampton.
Pochettino, who has three-and-a-half years left on his contract, said: "My decisions are for the present but also for the future.
