Sky Sports claim the England midfielder arrived at the club this afternoon and a video appears to back up the claims.
The 24-year-old was spotted leaving the same building where Raheem Sterling undertook his own medical with the club earlier this week.
After stating he was staying at Aston Villa, the news will come as a shock to the Villa Park faithful.
"I'm aware there has been intense media speculation surrounding my future in the last 24 hours and I want to set the record straight," Delph said on Saturday.

"I'm not leaving. I'm staying at the football club and I can't wait for the start of the season and captaining this great football club."
But it appears he will now complete an £8million and become City's second big signing of the summer.

The Villa skipper is thought to have changed his mind after reports emerged of Christian Benteke's imminent transfer to Liverpool.
The Reds are willing to meet the £32.5m buy-out clause in the Belgian's contract and Delph is believed to be disappointed with the sale of one of their star players.
