The left-back arrived in the Bundesliga in 2012 and has since been heavily linked with a high-profile move to the Premier League.
Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham have all been credited with an interest in the Switzerland international, who was valued at £15m before his impressive performances at the World Cup.
However, Allofs insists the 22-year-old won't be leaving before his contract expires in two years time.

The German outfit also remain optimistic of tying the defender down to a new deal.
He said: “Ricardo Rodriguez is under contract until June 2016.
“It doesn’t matter if we aren’t able to agree a new deal with him, we will not agree to an early departure.
“Anyway, I am confident that we will be able to sign a new deal with Ricardo Rodriguez.”
