Juventus foil Man Utd and Tottenham's efforts to sign Dutch international Memphis Depay
MANCHESTER UNITED'S hopes of swiftly adding another youngster to their ranks may have hit a stumbling block after Juventus emerged as favourites to land Dutch international Memphis Depay.
Italian reports claim that the Serie A champions will gazump both United and Tottenham to Depay's signature with a £12m bid.
PSV Eindhoven's coveted winger has been at the centre of a transfer storm this summer, the catalyst of which were his sterling performances at the World Cup.

And the 20-year-old has done little to quell such speculation, he said: "I did my time at PSV but if nice clubs from big leagues ask, of course I will think about it."
Depay enjoyed a blistering tournament, netting twice with an assist to boot, proving pivotal in the Netherland's quest to reach an unexpected semi-final.
He has also hit the ground running for PSV Eindhoven this season, scoring five goals in their opening three games.
It is perhaps his continued consistency that has attracted plaudits from all over Europe, and has led to Juventus' impending offer.
