South African forward Davide Somma came on as a substitute for Leeds and scored twice
DAVIDE Somma is a man in a hurry to make up for lost time at Leeds.
South African forward Somma came on as a substitute and struck twice in a dazzling 11-minute spell.
Somma, above, was loaned out last season and started this one with a three-match ban.
He turned in a cross from Sanchez Watt and scored from Jonathan Howson’s through ball. “After a whole year being injured and on loan, I’m just happy to be back and scoring goals. It was a dream debut,” said Somma, 25.
Lloyd Sam’s goal had dragged Leeds level after Richard Naylor’s freak own-goal.
