Chelsea have five transfer targets including in-demand £64m striker
CHELSEA will look to be active in both the winter and summer transfer markets.

Aurelien Tchouameni
Tchouameni's career has blossomed into life recently after producing a spate of superb displays at Monaco.
The Frenchman could replace Jorginho after reports linked the Italian playmaker with a move back to his home nation.
And although Tchouameni could have a price tag of around £80million to pay, he could be seen as an attainable target.
Declan Rice
Rice was released by Chelsea as a 14-year-old, and could be the most expensive mistake the club has ever made.
If Jorginho is to depart, Rice and fellow Englishman Conor Gallagher could provide an insanely energetic midfield duo for years to come.
Although West Ham are only likely to accept a bid of £80m, he could be a future Chelsea captain in the making.
Ousmane Dembele
Dembele could join in the winter window, having been linked with Chelsea in the past.
The Frenchman has been one of Barcelona's many flops after joining from Borussia Dortmund in 2017.
But injuries have beset his progress, having made just 41 league appearances since August 2019.
And with Chelsea's winger contingent in need of one more addition, Dembele could be the man to arrive.
Erling Haaland
Haaland is arguably the most sought-after player in world football.
With a £64m release clause next summer, the Norwegian is set to be bid for by most of the elite sides in Europe.
With Timo Werner failing to reach the levels expected of him and Romelu Lukaku showcasing his desire to leave, Haaland could join Thomas Tuchel at Stamford Bridge.
Jules Kounde
Kounde was linked with a move to west London through the entirety of the summer, although a move was not entertained by his club Sevilla.
The Andalusian outfit did not have enough time to seek a replacement, meaning Kounde was forced to stay.
And with three centre-backs out of contract in the summer, a deal looks as likely as ever to happen.
