Mauricio Pochettino discusses Manchester United job
Mauricio Pochettino is waiting for Manchester United to call him regarding the permanent managerial vacancy at Old Trafford, according to reports. Paris Saint-Germain boss Pochettino is the favourite to succeed interim boss Ralf Rangnick at the end of the season. Rangnick will take up a consultancy role at United once he has finished his time in charge.

The Sun claims Pochettino is waiting for an official call from United to offer him the job.
The report says the call will 'almost certainly' come before the summer and there is every indication that the former Spurs boss will accept the offer.
Pochettino is still attracted to the United job despite the recent problems at the club.
Rangnick's side suffered a dismal 1-0 defeat at home to Wolves on Monday.

"Well, the manager has been fantastic," Ferguson said of Pochettino in April 2016.
"They have a bad record of managers, there is no doubt about that.
"They have had so many over the years, but this lad has composure. You never see him ruffled and the way his team play is a testimony to the work he is doing.
"The most important thing for English football is how many English and young players are in his team. He understands the advantage of playing young people.
"They won't let you down and they have been fantastic. [Dele] Alli, [Harry] Kane, [Ryan] Mason, [Danny] Rose, [Eric] Dier, all English players. [Kyle] Walker, the right back, although he has been there for a bit longer."
