Man City: Departing Aguero has been 'wonderful servant'
Manchester City legend and Barcelona star Sergio Aguero has announced his tearful retirement from football due to a heart problem. The 33-year-old was forced off the pitch with chest pains against Alaves in October, ultimately leading to the premature end of his glittering career.

The legendary striker was already in tears as he approached the stage to make his scheduled address on Wednesday.
Important figures from his career such as Pep Guardiola and Txiki Begiristain were in attendance, as well as his Barcelona team-mates.
And the Argentine confirmed what football fans had feared over the past few weeks, that he would retire, with doctors advising him to call time on a fantastic career.
A worrying incident which saw Aguero forced off the pitch with chest pains against Alaves exposed the issue, with the former Man City man's career ending on a sour note having been ravaged by injuries since making a summer switch to the Nou Camp.

"I made the decision 10 days ago after doing everything possible to have some hope of playing on.
"I am very proud for my career. I always dreamed of a professional career since the first time I touched a ball at five.
"I want to thank Atletico Madrid who took a chance on me when I was 18 and Manchester City, everyone knows how I feel about City and how well they treated me there.
"I will leave with my head held high.
"I don't know what awaits me in the next part of my life. But I know I have people who love me.

Aguero only managed five appearances for Barcelona after an exciting summer switch, notching one La Liga goal against Real Madrid after a separate injury had kept him out during the start of the campaign.
Spells as a youngster with Independiente and Atletico Madrid preceded a sensational decade with Manchester City.
He scored 184 Premier League goals at a remarkable strike-rate, including the famous last-gasp winner against QPR which secured the Sky Blues their first Premier League title in blockbuster fashion.
