Tottenham: First six fixtures of 2021/22 Premier League season
Tottenham Hotspur's never-ending search for a new head coach could be nearing its conclusion, but it unbelievably won't be Paulo Fonseca in the hot seat. According to reports, Spurs are closing in on the appointment of former AC Milan and Napoli boss Gennaro Gattuso.

BBC journalist Simon Stone has revealed that Spurs halted talks, and Fonseca's failed arrival isn't down to money.
Stone claims that the Portuguese boss' camp has been left 'stunned' by the decision, which is thought to be linked to Gattuso's premature Fiorentina exit.
His report states that meetings between Spurs and Fonseca were so advanced that even potential summer transfers were on the agenda.
The 48-year-old was expecting to be announced as fellow Portugal native Jose Mourinho's successor as early as this week.
