France have a relatively full squad to choose from, with only Kurt Zouma a minor doubt for Didier Deschamps.
Despite all picking up knocks, Karim Benzema, Antoine Griezmann and Raphael Varane are all fit to start.
Germany will be without Jonas Hofmann on Tuesday, who is ruled out through injury.
Leon Goretzka is still working his way back from injury, leaving Toni Kroos and Ilkay Gundogan to man the midfield.

Didier Deschamps, France coach: "It's a massive game to start with. It's a massive game for us but also for the Germans as we are both among the top European nations.
"The objective is to be effective in both boxes as that's where the game will be decided."
