Thomas Partey: Arsenal move would be 'surprising' says Balague
Arsenal have already brought in some new faces during the transfer window. The Gunners have signed Willian on a free transfer and brought in Gabriel Magalhaes, both of whom made their debuts against Fulham last weekend. But with the window open until October 5, boss Mikel Arteta is hopeful of strengthening his squad further.
"We are trying all the time to adjust the squad in the most efficient way," he said.
"It is clear at the moment that it has to go both ways and in order to achieve that we still have some time but we are pretty clear in what we are trying to do."
Arteta, though, has remained tight-lipped when asked about specific targets.
He said: "I cannot talk about players that aren’t at our football club."

Runar Alex Runarsson, Dijon
Arsenal are said to be closing in a deal for Dijon goalkeeper Runar Alex Runarsson.
Runarsson just needs to undergo a medical before finalising his move.
