“It looks like it is very similar to what Hendo [Jordan Henderson] had, which keeps him out for we don’t know for sure exactly how long.
“We have to wait but it is far away from being perfect, of course. It is really hard for him and hard for us, but it is not to change.”
Shaqiri, though, appears to be close to a return.
The Swiss international had been sidelined with a muscular injury but like Tsimikas he has also recently returned to training.

Ahead of the trip to Stamford Bridge this weekend, Klopp has been talking up the quality of Frank Lampard's side.
"There's plenty of threats, they've signed really well and already had an unbelievably good team," Klopp said.
"We had to suffer a lot against them in the games last season.
"There's so many good players up front, in midfield, the defensive line and the full-backs - there's not a biggest threat, Chelsea themselves are the threat."
