Jadon Sancho has admitted that he needs to be "little more professional" if he is to maximise his potential as Manchester United continue to step up their efforts to sign the Borussia Dortmund winger.

Last October the attacker returned late from international duty with England and was consequently fined.
A month later he rocked up late for a team meeting and was dropped from the starting line-up.
“In Germany there’s a few things that I still need to work on,” Sancho admitted. “Sometimes I’m late to training and it’s things like this that I need to work on, because I have a sleep problem.
“Little things like that, where I need to be a little more professional and put things right.

"If they're going to bring any new strikers - like they're connected with Sancho for a long time now - if that's going to happen probably we're going to find out in the last days of the transfer window," he said.
"Chelsea are doing some good business at the moment, they'll be challenging the top teams.
"We will find out who is going and who is staying in the last two or three days of the transfer window.
"Sancho is a good alternative if it's not too much money to spend on that signing, [then] go for it."
