Man Utd: Odion Ighalo’s goals are ‘special’ insists pundit
Manchester United are expected to lose Odion Ighalo in the next week, with Shanghai Shenhua wanting the Nigeria international back in time for the start of the new Chinese Super League season. But what does that mean for Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood? Express Sport will now take a look.
Before injury cruelly struck, Rashford was enjoying his best season in a Manchester United shirt to date.
The England international had scored 19 goals across all competitions and has been stuck on that figure ever since sustaining a double back fracture in January.
Ighalo leaving will now mean United go back to being strongly dependant on Rashford.
They only signed the Nigerian in the first place because they expected to be without the 22-year-old for many months.
Now, he’s nearing a return to full fitness.
And the pressure on Rashford will be bigger than before with no Ighalo to fall back on.

In his most recent interview, Ighalo admitted that he was yet to hear from United on an offer to stay.
"There is no offer on the table yet," Ighalo told Elegbete TV.
"I don't just sit down and take decisions, and I don't get carried away with whatever people say.
"I came to Manchester United to play for a pay cut because I wanted to. So anything could happen, but I want the season to finish and my loan to finish. Then I will see everything I have.
"You don't just rush and do things: 'I'm going here, I'm going here'.
"I have to sit down and finish the season well, sit down with my agent, see what's on the ground: A, B, C, D, is on the ground. Okay, we have to pick."
