Jeremie Boga latest
Rennes have made contact with Sassuolo star Jeremie Boga.
That's according to French publication L’Équipe via GFFN, who claim the Ligue 1 club's sporting director Florian Maurice is in contact with the 23-year-old.
Chelsea sold Boga to the Serie A club in July 2018 for £3.5million but have an option that will allow them to re-sign him for around £13m.
The Blues have been tipped to activate that clause in recent months, while Spanish heavyweights Barcelona have also lodged and enquiry.
Talks open
Chelsea are in talks with Juventus to discuss the availability of Miralem Pjanic.
Recent reports had claimed that Frank Lampard's side could use Jorginho in a potential swap deal to beat Barcelona to the 30-year-old.
But Fabrizio Romano of The Guardian now claims negotiations are underway between the two parties.
Maurizio Sarri would like to be reunited with Jorginho in Turin and is 'ready to sacrifice' Pjanic to make the transfer happen.
Federico Chiesa plea
Federico Chiesa has been warned against joining clubs like Chelsea and Manchester United.
The Italy international has been linked with the Premier League pair having consistently impressed for Fiorentina.
But ex-Italy international Alessandro Diamanti thinks it's worth sticking with Fiorentina with billionaire owner Rocco Commisso at the helm.
"If I were Chiesa I would think twice before leaving Fiorentina," ex-Italy international Diamanti told Stats Perform. "Commisso came with a lot of enthusiasm and plan and if I were Federico Chiesa I would think twice before leaving this Fiorentina with a new ownership."
Wanted: Daniel Kelly
Chelsea are showing interest in sought-after Celtic midfielder Daniel Kelly.
That's according to the Glasgow Times, who claim Frank Lampard's side are 'keeping tabs' on the 15-year-old teenager.
However, Manchester United could hold a significant advantage having already dispatched scouts to assess the youngster earlier this season.
Premier League rivals Arsenal, Leicester and Tottenham are also monitoring box-to-box midfielder Kelly, who Celtic are trying to tie to a pre-professional contract.
Tiemoue Bakayoko talks
Chelsea flop Tiemoue Bakayoko is close to joining French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
The defensive midfielder was signed from Monaco for around £40million in 2017 during Antonio Conte's tenure.
But the Frenchman failed to secure a role under the animated manager or Maurizio Sarri before being loaned out to AC Milan and Monaco.
Bakayoko has shone back in the principality and PSG are deep in negotiations over a move for the Chelsea flop, according to Le10Sport.
The report continues to claim that Frank Lampard's side would accept £31million for the 25-year-old.
Chelsea swap proposal
Chelsea have a trump card in their pursuit of Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic.
Barcelona are supposedly closing in on the Bosnia and Herzegovina playmaker, who is said to have a verbal agreement with the Spanish champions.
However, European football expert Gianluca Di Marzio thinks Chelsea could tempt Juventus with a swap proposal.
Di Marzio claims Chelsea are considering offering Maurizio Sarri favourites Jorginho in exchange for Pjanic.
Lautaro Martinez latest
Chelsea's hopes of signing Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez are over.
Frank Lampard was hoping to bolster his attacking options and provide competition for Tammy Abraham at Stamford Bridge.
But Argentine forward Martinez, 22, arriving in west London is out of the question.
That's according to Spanish website Mundo Deportivo, who claim Martinez either wants to join compatriot Lionel Messi at the Nou Camp or remain at the San Siro.
Mason Mount stunned
Derby players were left stunned by Mason Mount during his first training session with the club, according to Shay Given.
"The first training with us left the players thinking: 'Wow, who is this guy?!'" Given told Goal. "We knew about him as a young prospect at Chelsea who had done well in Holland, but it is not until he is actually on the training ground that you really see what kind of player he is.
"He was some player for us. His finishing, power, pace and work rate was great. He is just desperate to be the best he can be. Of course, he has played so many games this season for Chelsea and he was one of our best players at Derby.
"Even at Derby, they thought what a player he is going to be from the first training session and he went on from there."
