Man City: Leroy Sane to Bayern Munich ‘makes sense’ says expert
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola wants to make three signings in the next transfer window if Leroy Sane stays at the club, says Spanish football expert Guillem Balague. City will look to replace Sane though if he completes a move to Bayern Munich. Bayern were keen on signing the Germany international last summer before he suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury.

"So they calculated and looked around at what's available of course and the plan was if there hadn't been a pandemic, they could have focused on players who are more expensive maybe.
"But right now, between swaps and £20million here or there, they think they can still get those four players.
"If they sell Sane for €60m-€70m, which is what they are asking for, then they will be able to replace him.
"But even if they don't sell him, they will be looking then for three other players.

Balague says the club are preparing to use Zack Steffen as No 2 from next season.
Steffen, who joined City from Columbus Crew in 2019, has been on loan at Fortuna Dusseldorf.
"I've got the impression that they are going to bring back Zack Steffen from Fortuna Dusseldorf, the United States player, because with Bravo they haven't reached an agreement," Balague added.
"He wants three more years, two plus one even, and City would be happier to keep him for year after year after year, depending on his performances.
"So if there is no agreement that's the plan, Zack Steffen back to Manchester City."
