Jordan Henderson should win Player of the Year says Burley
Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson could mop up at the end of season awards following the shock loss to Watford, reckons former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino. Liverpool were beaten 3-0 by Watford at Vicarage Road on Saturday to end their 44-match unbeaten run in the Premier League. But Henderson did not play as he is currently nursing a hamstring injury he picked up in the Champions League loss to Atletico Madrid last month.

Former Reds full-back Steve Nicol believes the issue is more of a mental one than physical for Klopp and his squad.
Nicol told ESPN FC: “I think what they’re going through is the mental side of the game because the physical side of the game today is very easy to figure because all the fitness coaches and all the things they put them through, they know where they are physically.
“So to me that isn’t the problem. It’s got to be the mental side of the game because Liverpool in this run have got all the small things right and when you get all the small things right, it stops all the big things happening.”
