DL: Luke Shaw - 7
Was up against the pace and power of Adama Traore and controlled the Wolves winger to take one of the opponents’ main threats out of the match.
MC: Fred - 6
Good form continued with the Brazilian looking tenacious throughout and picking the right ball more often than not.
MC: Andreas Pereira - 6
Lacks quality and consistency in the key areas of the pitch. Most likely to drop out after Nemanja Matic’s suspension.
AMR: Juan Mata - 6
The evergreen Spaniard looked like creating almost every time he got the ball. His lack of pace continues to be a problem for the Red Devils though.

AMC: Bruno Fernandes - 6
Looked accomplished on debut but struggled to create much. Did have three shots on target and was the most dangerous attacking threat on show at Old Trafford but has plenty more to give.
AML: Daniel James - 5
Looks in desperate need of a rest but the lack of options at Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s disposal means the Wales international may not get one.
ST: Anthony Martial - 5
Drifts in and out of the match far too much as the lone striker and doesn’t help himself in some of the positions he gets in. Bruno Fernandes should help this in the coming weeks.
