Express Sport brings you the latest news from Manchester United including the fallout from the transfer window in which the club signed Bruno Fernandes and Odion Ighalo.
Solskjaer has admitted that the Fernandes fee will come out of the summer budget.
When asked if that was the case, he said: "Of course it is.
"Of course signings and expenditure will affect your budget."
He later explained that United are unlikely to spend heavily in the summer, like they did last year.

Solskjaer explains Ighalo deal
Solskjaer is expecting new signing Odion Ighalo to give his United team something different in attack.
The Nigerian completed a last-gasp deadline day loan from Shanghai Shenhua.
“Odion is an experienced player,” the manager said.
“He will come in and give us an option of a different type of centre-forward for the short spell he’s staying with us.
“A great lad and very professional, he will make the most of his time here.”
The Athletic report that Joshua King is bitterly disappointed at the collapse of the deal, after Bournemouth rejected the chance for him to return to Old Trafford.
King played under Solskjaer in United’s reserves before moving onto Blackburn Rovers.
The Cherries forward believed the move was a once in a career opportunity now that Solskjaer is in charge of the first team.
United had a £20million bid rejected.
