Liverpool are likely to dominate the Premier League the same way Manchester United did in the 90s, according to Jermaine Jenas. The undefeated Reds are leading the Premier League table and are on their way of winning their first title in 30 years whereas United have lost their spark ever since Sir Alex Ferguson’s retirement in 2013.

Kop manager Jurgen Klopp has created a stellar team ever since his arrival in 2015 and is leaving a lot of promise for the future.
Jenas believes the Merseysiders look like they will be the team to beat for the next few years just like the Red Devils were under Ferguson the last few decades.
The former Tottenham midfielder claims United’s future will depend on what manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer can do with his current squad.
Jenas, though, is impressed with Solskjaer’s “great job” and believes the Manchester giants have a good chance of qualifying for next season’s Champions League.

“Liverpool looks like it will dominate English football like Manchester United did in the 90s.
“I think Ole has really picked things up, especially from the position they are in the league.
“The reality is Manchester United want Champions League football and they are five points off that. He has done a great job of where they are at. It’s doable.
“When I look at the team and their style of play, do I think that style can win a title? No. I have not seen it yet in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
