Rangers: Steven Gerrard reacts to win over Hibernian
Rangers find themselves five points behind rivals Celtic as they search for their first Premiership title since 2011. The Old Firm derby on Sunday provides a platform for the Blue side of Glasgow to turn that around, but Steven Gerrard has a difficult decision to make.
Alfredo Morelos scored the only goal of the game during Thursday’s win over Kilmarnock to keep his side to within two points of the Hoops should they win their game-in-hand.
Gerrard stuck with the midfield trio of Ryan Jack, Glen Kamara and Scott Arfield, with Steven Davis impressing off the bench.
The former England skipper has now been asked whether the Northern Irishman might start in what could be their biggest game of the league season, to which he remained unsure.
He said: "I want all my best players available. Steven had only trained for a couple of days, that's why we started with him on the bench against Killie.

"It was nice to get him on, he gives us a bit more control in the middle of the pitch. So I've got decisions to make between now and Sunday."
Only man who is a certainty to start if he remains fit is Morelos, despite his terrible record in front of goal against Celtic.
The Colombia international has failed to hit the back of the net in all 11 of his outings against Neil Lennon’s side, despite scoring 58 goals since the start of last season.
"That's what Alfredo gets paid to do, he gets paid very well to do it," said Gerrard when asked if the 23-year-old will score after their recent win.

"He's being doing it from the start of the season and I predict he'll continue to do it until the end of the season.
"We speak about him most weeks and most games because he is such a fantastic footballer.
"At Hibernian, it was about Jermain Defoe, Ryan Kent and Joe Aribo. Today it's about Morelos.
"That's what being part of Rangers is all about, you expect your players in the final third to provide those moments of magic. He has stepped up at a big time for us."
