Jorginho believes Chelsea were not clinical against West Ham and that’s what led to their 1-0 loss at Stamford Bridge. The Blues missed a raft of chances against their London rivals and failed to respond after Aaron Cresswell’s goal that gave the Hammers a big win.
Jorginho claims their poor finishing was the main reason behind their defeat, which marked West Ham’s first victory at Stamford Bridge in 17 years.
The midfielder said: "I think we were not clinical, we need to be more clinical when we create the chances.
“We weren't and then we conceded. Then it is difficult."

Chelsea star Jorginho
Jorginho hinted that the players may have been tired after a busy week that included two difficult matches against Manchester City and Valencia in the Premier League and Champions League respectively.
But the Italy international insists that is no excuse as they shouldn’t be wasting so many chances in such an important derby.
When asked if his team-mates were tired, Jorginho added: "Maybe, but we created some chances but didn't score. That's the problem."
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard agreed with his player and admitted that his biggest “gripe” this season is that they are not converting chances.

However, Lampard insists he has full confidence in his players, although they need to work on the team’s character.
The Blues boss said: “We didn’t have enough quality in the final third. My gripe this season is that we are not converting enough chances.
“It will pan out itself over the course of the season. I still believe in the squad. That will be questions that will be asked.
“I do believe in the squad. There isn’t a time for harsh reactions or judgements. It is a look for a bit of character.”
