Arsenal fan warns club to not hire Ljungberg early like Solskjaer
Arsenal interim head coach Freddie Ljungberg has hinted that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will remain his captain after Unai Emery stripped Granit Xhaka at of the honour. The Gabon striker will be hoping to fire the Gunners to their first win in eight games when they talk on Norwich on Sunday, and could climb to fifth in the table.
Ljungberg has given his first official interview since being named as Emery’s temporary successor earlier in the week, having made 216 league appearances for the club between 1998 and 2007.
The 42-year-old has admitted that he isn’t sure how long he will be in charge, but did outline how he will go about his business over the next few weeks.
The former Sweden international managed the club’s Under-23 side between 2018 and 2019 before being promoted to the first-team set up, and he could revert to his 4-3-3 formation.
Ljungberg told Sky Sports: “I’m not going to make enormous massive changes. I’m going to keep those things as it is.

Despite the new-found positivity around the club, Peter Crouch has hinted that empty seats at the Emirates could force Aubameyang to force a move away.
Crouch told the Daily Mail: “What must Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang be thinking?
“He is world-class and seems to keep a lid on his emotions, but playing in a half-empty stadium, losing to opponents who in previous years they would have swept aside, must have been demoralising.
