Tutto Mercato Web claim Meunier fits the bill as new Inter boss Antonio Conte looks to buy a right-sided defender.
And he is the former Chelsea gaffer’s first-choice to slot in on that flank, ahead of Blues ace Davide Zappacosta.
Conte might have to go for Zappacosta, though, if Arsenal manage to get a deal in place for Meunier to join them.
Arsenal are reported to have already made a £22m (€25m) offer to entice PSG into doing business for the 27-year-old.

And Conte could end up going calling for Zappacosta, who he signed at Chelsea, should Emirates chiefs manage to secure an agreement.
Zappacosta is supposedly eager to quit west London and return to Italy having endured a stop-start two years at Chelsea.
Whether Stamford Bridge suits will be willing to sell the 26-year-old may depend on their managerial situation.
Maurizio Sarri is expected to leave Chelsea in the coming days as Juventus want to appoint him as Massimiliano Allegri’s successor.
