Ahead of that game, Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez warned how his men must prepare to face Felipe Anderson, who impressed in the Hammers’ 3-0 win over the Toon earlier this season.
"I remember I was talking to the players about Felipe Anderson who they paid £45million for,” Benitez said.
"They didn't know him really well.
"I told them he was a very good player and he was top scorer who makes assists and can be the difference and he was."
