He said: “Lacazette is an axial [central] striker.
“It’s true that he has already been able to evolve elsewhere for his club.
“But it is in the axis [leading the line] that he is at his most powerful.”
Arsenal have sometimes moved Lacazette to accommodate top scorer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The duo appear, however, to have a close relationship on and off the field.
And, speaking recently, Lacazette insisted there was no competition between the two forwards.
"Really, for me no," Lacazette told Sky Sports when asked whether there is competition between the two.
"If Auba scores 40 goals and we go to the Champions League and as well we win something, I will be happy because this season we just want to win something.
