The 45-year-old was left floundering as his screen failed to update when he tried to discuss British Gas' price updates.
"I'm going to start with this," Martin said as he pointed to the screen.
But he struggled to continue with his script as he became more and more distracted by his failing screen.

The Money Saving Expert found himself winking to the camera as he waited an uncomfortably long time for it to update.
It isn't the only gaffe Martin found himself at the heart of this week.
As he discussed the Bank of England base rate rise with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby on This Morning, viewers noticed a spelling mistake.
The ticker tape underneath read "mortage" as opposed to the correct spelling of "mortgage".
Thankfully, it was water off a duck's back for professional Phillip who apologised to viewers, saying: "We are also really sorry that we spelt mortgage wrong there."
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV from 6am.
