CORONATION STREET was rocked by a two shocking deaths in tonight's double bill.
Coronation Street: Pat Phelan kills Andy
Coronation Street spoilers Pat Phelan Andy deaths
The long-suffering Andy Carver (played by Oliver Farnworth) could be seen visibly torn over whether or not to pair up with his new cellar-mate Vinny Ashford (Harvey McArdle) to try to escape the clutches of evil Pat Phelan (Connor McIntyre).
The murderous builder faced the wrath of his daughter Nicola Rubinstein (Nicola Thorp) when she was distraught after finding out that she was conceived after he raped her mother.
She nearly came to blows with her villainous father as she told him what she knew, leaving him enraged and spitting with anger as she stormed off, shouting: "Don't you ever come near us again."
Clearly devastated by losing his daughter, Pat then returned to his two prisoners, driving them to a remote warehouse before things took a turn for the worse.

An enraged Pat forced Andy Carver to murder Vinny Ashford
Although the pair were inches away from freedom when Andy distracted Pat while Vinny snuck up on him from behind, the former cracked at the last minute, exclaiming: "Pat, look out!"
It wasn't long before Pat had beaten Vinny unconscious, but fans were appalled as they watched him proceed to place a gun in Andy's hands, insisting that he kill Vinny.
Weeping, Andy eventually caved, shooting the victim dead, but Pat's rage was not yet over.
Persuading a confused Andy not to shoot him as the hostage turned the gun on his captor, Pat grabbed the weapon, firing one shot and leaving Andy dead beside Vinny on the floor.
