Strictly 2017: Craig Revel Horwood wades into Shirley and Brendan CLASH with shock remark
CRAIG REVEL HORWOOD waded into the Brendan Cole and Shirley Ballas Strictly Come Dancing spat as he appeared on today’s This Morning.
Strictly's Craig Revel Horwood discusses Brendan and Shirley
The 52-year-old sat on the famous sofa and was quizzed by Holly Willoughby, 36, and Phillip Schofield, 55, about the rather fiery on-screen exchange.
Craig said: “I love that, I encourage all of that. I give as good as I get and I love it. I think this was Shirley’s first time that [she was] dealing with all of that.
“It has to be measured, you have to think and consider what you’re saying as well. Sometimes Brendan doesn’t in that respect."

“Everyone’s entitled I think to their opinion. I think as a judge you can qualify everything that you say," he continued.
Brendan was left noticeably annoyed once again over the weekend after Shirley got his partner Charlotte Hawkins’ name wrong.
Shirley explained after the pair had taken to the dance floor: “Well, Mollie, we had nine sets of eight before we started which I can’t criticise other people for and not criticise you."

She went on: “But what I did quite like is that you did quite a nice slip on your standing foot off a flat foot.
“So you had quite a nice little action and one or two little mistakes in there, but definitely a little bit of an improvement for me.”
The comments came after she gave Charlotte - who was eliminated from the competition in last night’s results show - a scathing review after her Tango.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10.30am on ITV, while Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6.35pm on BBC One.
