The BBC show delves into the lives of celebrities by investigating their family trees and often reveals shocking lineage facts.
It has featured 128 stars since it launched in 2004, and has included stars like Danny Dyer and Cheryl.
Viewers would be extremely interested therefore to discover the lineage of one of television's biggest stars, Eamonn.
Eamonn may have a glamorous life now, but his lineage was considered too "boring" for a BBC show
Eamonn was approached for the show, but then never heard back
We come from a very boring family
However, when researchers investigated the life of Belfast's biggest export, all they found was a long history of farming, according to the Daily Mirror.
Eamonn, 57, explained: "They interviewed me for two days and got all this documentation from me.
"But they never, ever got back to me. That was seven years ago.
"We come from a very boring family," Eamonn said on This Morning, while wife, Ruth Langsford, agreed before adding that he was: "Very dull."
He isn't the only celebrity to suffer the same fate on the show, with Michael Parkinson having been dropped in 2009.
Cherie Blair's planned show was also cancelled when researchers didn't find anything of interest.
Who Do You Think You Are? continues with Ruby Wax on BBC One at 8pm.
