Take Me Out's Charlie impresses the ladies
Charlie committed suicide at the age of 22 shortly after filming his appearance on the dating show.
His family said in a statement that he had struggled to come to terms with the death of his mother when he was just nine-years-old.
This weekend, ITV will pay tribute to Charlie after his loved ones gave permission for his episode to be shown along with footage catching up on his date on ITV2's Take Me Out: The Gossip, hosted by Mark Wright and Laura Jackson.

Charlie tragically died shortly after filming ended
Charlie appeared on the show last Saturday when viewers saw him bag a date with Jo-Tara and he off to the island of Fernandos.
During the programme, host Paddy McGuiness took to Twitter to dedicate the episode to him, saying: "Tonight's Take Me Out is in memory of Charlie. A fantastic lad who I'm sure will be greatly missed by his wonderful friends and family. RIP."
The 43-year-old comedian then refrained from his usual live tweeting of the show.

Charlie died on March 13 and his funeral took march on March 24, with mourners being asked to donate to the mental health charity Mind in lieu of flowers.
In their statement, the family said: "Tragically this is another example of the mental health issues suffered by young people today as highlighted by the Heads Together campaign supported by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry."
Take Me Out continues tonight at 6.45pm on ITV.
